*) 截止至****年*月*日（以合同簽訂日期為準），投標人所投品牌的閥門在中華人民**國境內具有至少*套加氫裂化裝置成功運行一年以上的供貨業績，業績中所提供的產品與本次投標產品產自相同的原產國（如為進口產品，須提供上述*套加氫裂化裝置的原產地證明）。提供的上述業績中產品的規格能夠包含標的物規格（不低于招標文件所列閥門的磅級、口徑、材質等，注：并非要求每個業績均達到前述參數）。
需提供業績表（包含業主聯系人及聯系方式）、合同復印件和圖紙。合同復印件至少包括合同簽訂時間、項目名稱、裝置名稱、設備名稱、用戶名稱、閥門規格（磅級、口徑、材質等）、閥門數量、簽章頁、供貨范圍頁，若合同不能體現上述要求，須同時提供合同配套的技術協議或數據表或相關圖紙復印件。若投標文件提供的業績證明材料不滿足上述要求，則視為無效業績。

Qualifications or Performance:*)The bidder has a valid business license (bidder from within the territory of P.R.C.)/operation license (bidder from outside the territory of P.R.C.), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
*)The bidder must be a manufacturer or an equipment agent; if the bidder is an equipment agent, sole authorization letter for the bid from the manufacturer is required;
*)Until January *, **** (based on the contract signing date), the bidder's brand of valves shall have at least * sets supply performance within the territory of the People's Republic of China in hydrogenation cracking units that have been suc-cessfully operated for more than one year.
