Qualifications or Performance：1. Authorization letter of legal representative; 2. The bidder must be an independent legal person from the People’s Republic of China or a country or region that has normal business dealings with the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “qualified source country/region”). A manufacturer or agent (or distributor) that is independent of the tenderer and the tendering agency and has the qualification and ability to provide the goods and services of this procurement item. Southern University of Science and Technology is a unit of tax reduction and exemption for science and education instruments and equipment.
