尊敬的各位供應商，您好：Dearsuppliers：一汽-大眾擬成立新品牌，新品牌將建立新的渠道網絡。為維護一汽-大眾新品牌形象，協助經銷商建設順利進行，規范家具及標識推薦供應商管理，規范新品牌經銷商家具及標識訂購標準，提高訂購靈活性，一汽-大眾新品牌擬進行經銷商家具及標識項目供應商招募。FAW-VW intends to set up a new brand. 招標供應商數量Number of tenderingsuppliers
本項目擬招標兩家家具推薦供應商和兩家標識推薦供應商家具招標及標識招標分開、獨立進行An open tender for suppliers of two furnitureand two signage projects.
合同期限Contract period
3年，到期后重新招標3 years, Re-open tender after maturity
價格Price
一汽大眾將與供應商簽訂框架協議，僅確定最高限價，實際采購價格由經銷商與供應商單獨談判FAW-VW signs a framework agreement with suppliers. Only determin the maximum price. The actual purchaseprice is negotiated separately between the dealers and the suppliers.
費用由經銷商向供應商直接支付The cost is paiddirectly by the dealer to the supplier.
投標費用bidding fee
樣品制作費用由供應商自行承擔，一汽-大眾不設置投標補償The cost of sampleproduction is borne by the supplier. FAW-VW does not setup tender compensation.
地點location
一汽-大眾新品牌全國經銷商，供應商須具備全國服務能力FAW-VW new brand national dealers, supplier must have national servicecapability.
經銷商訂購原則Dealer purchase principle
依據相關法律法規：Accordingto relevant laws and regulations? 經銷商可自行決定是否從供應商處采購相關產品及服務，一汽大眾不做強制要求。Dealers arefree to decide whether to procure products and services from suppliers. FAW-VWdoes not make any mandatory requirements.? 若經銷商決定從推薦供應商處采購，經銷商可自行決定從哪個推薦供應商處采購，一汽大眾不做干涉。If the dealers decide to purchase from the recommended supplier, thedealers can decide which one. FAW-VW does not interfere.

二、供應商資質標準Supplier Qualification Standard:申請本項目的供應商必須滿足如下標準，并提報第三列所述之證明材料，不滿足此條件的供應商所提報的申請為無效申請。The suppliers apply for this project must satisfy the following criteriaand submit the supporting materials listed in the third column. The applicationsubmitted by the supplier not satisfy the criteria is invalid.供應商應當承諾，其所提報的申請材料為真實有效的材料，其應當在參與招標時簽署投標書，以作書面聲明：若供應商提報虛假材料，由此產生的一切后果由供應商自行承擔并需賠償一汽-大眾的相關損失。The suppliers should promise that theapplication materials are authentic and effective. And the suppliers should signthe tender. To make a statement: If the suppliers submit false materials,all the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the suppliers and therelevant losses of FAW-VW shall be compensated.公司規模標準

提供生產資質證明文件掃描件Provideproduction qualification documents scanned.
其他Others
進入一汽集團采購黑名單；Did not enter FAW Grouppurchase black list
三、申報材料Application Materials:見附件《新品牌家具和標識供應商招標商務方案》3.2要求所述See attachment 3.2<New brand furniture and signage supplier bidding business plan >.請在材料封面處注明，貴司擬投標家具供應商或標識供應商。同時提報家具供應商及標識供應商的，須分別提報兩份材料。Please note the furniture or signage supplier you are aiming to bid at thecover of the materials.
