凝膠成像多功能圖像工作站購置 招標項目接受合格的國內投標人提交密封投標。有關事項如下:
一、招標項目

二、供應商資格要求
1、合格的投標人必須是在中國境內設有法人資格的企業;
2、合格的投標人必須是具有本次招標采購設備的生產或銷售權的制造商或經銷商,同時具有完成本招標合同并為本招標采購的設備提供長期售后服務和備品備件的能力。
3、合格的投標人作為設備制造商必須通過相關質量管理體系認證(或同等及以上資格認證)同時產品必須具有國家有關部門頒發的生產許可證,非設備制造商的投標人必須獲得設備制造商的經銷證或授權證書。
4、合格的投標人必須對本招標文件中規定的內容進行報價。
5、合格投標人應具備良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度,有依法納稅的良好記錄,在近三年經營活動中沒有重大違法記錄。
