Entrusted by National Institute of Clean-and-low-carbon Energy (hereafter called “Tenderer”), Shenhua International Ltd. (hereafter called “Tendering Agent”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Laboratory Equipment (Ⅲ) for National Institute of Clean-and-low-carbon Energy.

神華國際貿易有限責任公司（以下簡稱“招標機構”）受北京低碳清潔能源研究所（以下簡稱“招標人”）的委托，就北京低碳清潔能源研究所第三批實驗室設備采購進行國際公開招標，現邀請合格的投標者進行密封投標。

4. Price of Bidding Documents招標文件售價:

A complete set of Bidding Documents of each package may be purchased by any interested Bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee RMB 500 or USD 80.

招標文件每包每套售價人民幣500元（大寫：人民幣伍佰元整）或80美元（大寫：捌拾美元），售后不退。

5. The Deadline for Submitting Bids / Time of Bid Opening投標截止時間和開標時間:

At 10:00 am on May 13, 2011. (Beijing Time), Bidding Documents arrived later than this time or bidding documents in nonconformity with requirements will not be accepted. Mailing bidding documents will not be accepted.

投標截止時間和開標時間為2011年5月13日上午10:00（北京時間）。逾期收到或不符合規定的投標文件恕不接受。不接受郵寄方式提交投標文件。

6. Place for submitting of bidding document and Place of Bid Opening投標文件遞交地點和開標地點:

7. Clarify Before Bid Opening標前澄清答疑方式:

Bidders shall fax questions of bidding documents to Tendering Agent fifteen (15) days before the date of Bid Opening.
